 AirPlay is about taking our passions and love of nature and sharing it

with others.  Photography is more than just capturing a lasting memory. 

We use digital cameras, both still and video, in our work and spend a lot

of time both in the air, in the field or studio, and in the editing room.

AirPlay continues to venture in new and exciting areas of photography

and video.  At present, AirPlay is deeply immersed in  Aerial Photography

and Video, Time Lapse, and in limited Green/Blue Screen, Compositing, 

and Studio and Event still photography.

Owner, Chief Pilot, Cameraman

AirPlay Media and Adventure Services, LLC. was founded by Mike

Lanfor, the principle owner, pilot, and photographer/editor, in the

late 1990’s, preceding his transition from a career military life to

civilian life.  

Having pursued a life of adventure, whether it was rock/mountain

climbing, skydiving, or flying, Mike always found a way to involve

photography or Video. 

Mike still climbs, mountain bikes, skydives, hikes, backpacks, travels

and continues to explore, pursuing photography in most everything

he does.

Accomplishments: AirPlay Media and Adventure Services, LLC. has worked shooting aerial video for an Internet commercial produced by Cutter Productions, LLC (based out New York city) and a feature motion picture called “Astro.”  We also flew and filmed as second unit on the movie set “Those Who Wish Me Dead” filmed in 2019 staring Angelina Jolie. Our work and images have been published in both Parachutist Magazine and Skydive Magazine. Mike also had photography published in "JUMP! Skydiving made fun and easy, " a book by Tom Buchanan printed by McGraw Hill of New York (ISBN 0-07- 141068-6). Many of Mike’s photo's have also been printed in local newspapers in both New York State, Washington State and Arizona.  Mike’s work has also been used in a television segment called "Arizona Entertainment Weekly," and he has worked as a free fall cameraman and photographer for a segment on the Today Show and another on Good Morning America called "Live for Today." In August 2004, a New York based Magazine, "Hudson Valley," covered Mike’s work as a skydiving instructor.  Mike has also seen brief coverage of his work in the "Poughkeepsie Journal" of New York and other small newspapers in other states. He has worked for over 25 years as a free fall instructor and videographer/photographer for both the U.S. Army and various skydiving centers in the USA with over 9,000 jumps.  Mike is honorably retired from a 20 year career in the US Army. Credentials: -Mike is a current Certificated Flight Instructor. Instrument rated Commercial Pilot and a certified Remote Pilot for Unmanned Aerial systems (UAS).  He also is an FAA rated Advanced Ground Instructor and Instrument Ground Instructor. -Outside of photography, Mike has held Instructional or Instructor Examiner Ratings in Static Line, IAD, Tandem and AFF from the United States Parachute Association.  He also held a long time United States  Parachute Association Professional (PRO) Exhibition Rating  for performing parachute demonstrations.  -As a retired Army Non-Commissioned Officer, Mike holds Basic, Senior and Master Parachutist Wings, Military Free Fall Wings (also known as MFF or HALO), and foreign Airborne Wings from both the Republic of Korea and the Kingdom of Thailand. -Mike also has training from the U.S. Army in photo surveillance.  Aside from that, his photography education is, as much, from self education and intense study as it is from the world of trial and error.

Owner, Business Manager

Jenna joined our team in September of 2016. Currently she resides in Roswell, NM but has also lived in Indiana, California, and Colorado. She owned and operated a business for 15 years that created and grew her entrepreneurial spirit . Business ownership and on the job training for 25 years in areas of customer service, sales, finance, and administration make her a vital asset to enhance the crew’s already phenomenal  professionalism. Jenna holds an Associates Degree of Arts and Science in Business Administration and is currently working on her Bachelors of Aviation Science with a minor in Business. Jenna has a BIG personality, full of optimism, joy and compassion. Her mission in life is to enrich the lives of every person she meets through experiences, encouragement, and coaching. Jenna is a graduate of Eastern New Mexico University - Roswell and earned her Associates Degree in Business Administration. She will be your go to person for production, client care, and all business platforms. Credentials: -President and graduate of Leadership Roswell Class of 2016. -Volunteer at American Red Cross Disaster Action Team under Client Services. -Optimists International Member. -Team Leader for Habitat for Humanity Woman Build. -Former Board Member Beaman Home (emergency abuse shelter). -PADI Certified Open Water Diver. -Former Membership Director for the Artesia Arts council. - FAA Part 107 Certificated Remote Pilot
